How you can help ISS
ISS is strongly committed to supporting and protecting children and families living in difficult situations as a consequence of migration or other circumstances which have led to family separation at an international level. The organisation’s actions are displayed throughout the world thanks to its network of nearly 20 national branches and affiliated bureaus and more than 140 correspondents across the world.
In this important mission, ISS General Secretariat, in Geneva, is responsible for the coordination, support and monitoring of its network. Within this function, the General Secretariat has developed an expertise in international casework, protection of children deprived of their family and unaccompanied minors. These qualifications as well recognised by the international community allow ISS to advocate efficiently for the defence of children and families at all levels, to provide training for professionals and to conduct specific development projects and activities in collaboration with highly qualified international organisations such as UNICEF and the Red Cross. Please visit the projects and activities pages of this website to learn more about the actions of the ISS General Secretariat.
