Submitting a request to ISS/Casework
ISS/CW is usually approached by organisations and agencies
working on behalf of families and children who are experiencing
difficulties which involve more than one country as a consequence of
international migration or displacement.
ISS/CW also sometimes receives requests for help directly from the families themselves and if you are in need of assistance and you are living or established in one of the following countries, please send your request directly to your ISS national branch of affiliated bureau: Albania, Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Honk Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherland, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.
